Why sign up for a service agreement?

Ensuring that your heating and cooling equipment is regularly checked and maintained by a trained HVAC professional is the best way to extend the life of your equipment. It can also lower utility bills, increase equipment capacity, and lead to fewer frustrating repairs! At Crews Heating & Cooling, our Service Agreement clients receive Primary Service-Call scheduling. So if you have to call for service between your two regularly scheduled inspections, your call will take priority over non-service agreement calls. Additionally, Service Agreement clients receive a discount on service-call parts and labor!

Our Twenty-Point Residential Service Agreement includes two regular inspections. One in the Spring, before cooling season; and one in the Fall, before heating season. To make life easier, we call YOU to schedule your inspections! That's one less thing you will have to keep track of. Clients with standard 1" filters may wish to opt for the Service Agreement Filter Provision Upgrade. This upgrade includes 10 additional filters per year. When coupled with the two filter-changes that are included in the Service Agreement, this will allow for a clean filter every 30 days - industry standard recommendation. This service will provide you with the peace of mind of knowing you always have a fresh filter - that is the correct size - to install at the beginning of each month. No more crouching down by your furnace and craning your neck to check the size before make a special trip to buy a filter. Our service technician will change your filter as part of the Spring Inspection and again as part of the Fall Inspection, and will leave five filters for you to use over the next five months after each inspection. If you like, you can even sign up to receive monthly email alerts to remind you to change your filter.
